Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at studio.kaysha@gmail.com . or Whatsapp us on +91- 8288947477 .We dont offer self serve returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return pickup will be handled by our delivery partner (delhivery).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges 

We offer complimentary, hassle-free exchanges within 3 days of delivery. You can opt for:

  • Size Exchange: Loved the design but need a better fit? Swap it for a different size at no extra charge.

  • Style Exchange: Want to try a completely different look? Exchange your piece for any other style from our collection of equal value, with zero additional fees.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount as a Store Credit Coupon

Please note : We will charge Rs 100 as a convenience fee, in case of returns. This means a deduction of Rs 100 from the purchase amount is available as the store credit coupon. { for example if the product is of Rs 500 , you will get back,  500 - 100 (convenience fee ) = Rs 400 as store coupon }

Please note that refunds credited to your wallet (for returns or cancellations) do not expire. These amounts will remain available for use at any time and come with no validity limit. 

In Case of unavailable items, or if the order couldn't be processed, the full amount will be refunded to the original method of purchase.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
